Jib Cranes
Spanco Wall Mounted Jib Cranes mount directly to your columns or supporting wall without the need for floor space or a foundation. These cranes offer the greatest amount of clearance under and above the boom and can be quickly and easily swung to the side in order to avoid overhead cranes. Designs include cantilever (300 Series), tie-rod supported(301 Series), workstation (501 series) and wall travelling. All swivel connections have bronze bushings and grease fittings that enable low maintenance and longevity due to easy rotation.

The 300 Series Wall Mounted Jib Crane features the greatest amount of clearance, both under and above the boom. Wall-Mounted Jib Cranes also require no floor space or foundation to use.

Tie-Rod Supported | 301 Series
The 301 Series Wall Mounted Jib Crane is one of Spanco’s most economical cranes. It has no support structure under the boom which allows the trolley hoist to travel virtually the full length of the boom. It features:
- A wall bracket with tie-rod supported boom
- A standard I-beam and single tie rod to eliminate off-center loading problems
- Double shear bolt connections
- 180° degree rotation
- Up to 30’ span standard, longer spans available
- Up to 5 tonnes capacity

Workstation | 501 Series
The 501 Series Wall Mounted Workstation Jib Crane bolts to an existing wall or column in your facility and uses bronze bearings at the pivot points to ensure easy rotation. It features:
- Electric collector rings or air swivvel
- Rotation stops
- Vacuum hose trolleys
- 180° degree rotation
- Up to 16' span
- Up to 1,000 lbs capacity
- Mounted to the wall with two wall brackets

Wall Travelling Jib Cranes are cost-effective and custom engineering solutions that are designed specifically to meet your facility needs. A Wall Travelling Jib Crane can cover and entire group of workstations.
- No limit on runway length
- Boom length of up to 40 ft. dependent on support column strength and jib length
- Up to 5 tonnes of capacity, dependent on support column strength and jib length
- Two-speed controls
- Crane drive has an electric motor with worm gear reducer
