Double Girder Top Running Bridge Crane Install at Water Treatment Facility

Installed at a nuclear reactor mock-up facility, our team at Liftsafe engineered, designed, manufactured, installed, and inspected an 80′ 1 Ton Jib Crane system. Designed to operate in 50 km/h sustained wind speed, this specific Jib Crane extends 35′ through a custom rooftop hatch opening.

A 5 ton Portable Gantry Crane was supplied to the Department of National Defence, located in Borden, Ontario, to help maintain helicopters and other military equipment.

A leading curtain wall manufacturer faced inefficiencies and safety risks when manually handling fragile glass panels. Liftsafe Engineering designed and installed six custom ergonomic workstation crane systems featuring custom grabs, and precision hoists.

Our team performed the design, fabrication, welding and painting operations for their new, large custom gantry crane at our facility. The installation helped to improve our clients’ facility operations.
