Liftsafe Engineering provided a material handling solution for a steel component manufacturer expanding their facilities in Ontario.
The client needed reliable and robust cranes to meet their high demand manufacturing cycles. Liftsafe designed, manufactured and installed 13 under-running, single-girder bridge cranes with a 27’-0” span. Each crane featured heavy-duty GH under-running end trucks and Kito electric chain hoists, along with six bays of runways and conductor bar power feeds.
The customized, heavy-duty cranes have significantly improved material handling efficiency and reliability, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime for the client.
