Workstation Jib Crane

This Floor Mounted Outdoor Jib crane project was ordered for outdoor use in Artic weather and had to be designed, manufactured, installed and inspected for hash climate conditions.

This customer needed to increase production capacities in order to adopt a more efficient, simplified manufacturing workflow.

A leading curtain wall manufacturer faced inefficiencies and safety risks when manually handling fragile glass panels. Liftsafe Engineering designed and installed six custom ergonomic workstation crane systems featuring custom grabs, and precision hoists.

Our crane experts assessed the space and the tasks performed by this client. We recommended a Double Girder Top Running Bridge Crane and Double Girder Under Running Nesting Trolley system. Fabrication and installation went smoothly and the client was delighted with the result.
